What is the venue's capacity?

Main Facility:
- 325 guests for traditional wedding ceremony and reception
- 325 guests in rounds of 8 on 2nd floor (largest)
- ~1200 for standing cocktail receptions using all floors
Speakeasy:
- 75 guests for wedding ceremony and reception
- 100 guests for wedding reception
- 120 guests for standing cocktail reception
- 140 guests for fraternity/sorority formal

What type of catering do you allow?

Exclusive, in-house catering
No outside food or beverage
Beer/Wine may be donated for approved non-profit events
Wedding cakes are approved from a licensed bakery; no cake-cutting fee

Where will my guests park?

Located just north of the venue at the southeast corner of East and Washington
Complimentary after 5 PM and all weekends

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes! We have plenty of vendors, including photographers, hotels, DJs, bakeries, etc., that we love and who are familiar with our space.
