I’ve been a bridesmaid and the bride at Mavris, and both experiences were flawless. The staff is beyond professional. They think of every detail, offer great ideas/suggestions, and are so warm and welcoming every step of the way. The venue itself is stunning, and the options are endless when it comes to incorporating your personal style. We offer two separate venue options to best fit your needs and accommodate your guest count.

Exclusive Culinary Services

We are proud to offer exclusive culinary services complete with our Executive Chef and catering team. No outside food or beverage is permitted, however, you are welcome to bring in dessert from a licensed baker.

Parking

Complimentary parking for all guests is included after 5 PM and on the weekends. The parking lot is located just north of the venue on the southeast corner of East Street and Washington Street.

Lighting & Audio Visual

Specialty lighting and audio visual equipment is included with the rental of the space. Satellite music, microphones, screen and projectors, and a podium are available.

Event Design

Our experienced event designers work closely to ensure each event is successful with every detail. Our full service design and operations team is prepared to assist you during the planning process and on the day of your event.

In-House Equipment

Black and white resin chairs, any color table linens and napkins, and standard tables are included in the equipment package. Upgraded chair, table, and décor options are available for rent.

Exclusive Access

Venue rental includes exclusive access to either the main space or Speakeasy and our staff’s undivided attention.

We absolutely loved the venue. It had great character that you don’t find when you do a workshop at a hotel. The staff was super attentive and went above and beyond for anything we asked. Thank you for getting the perfect flowers for the tables at dinner and making that so easy. I had my reservations at first about being so close to the trains, but that wasn’t an issue at all!

Mavris Arts & Event Center is eager to be a part of your wedding day! Our maximum capacity for a ceremony is 275 guests and 300 guests for a reception only.

14 hours of venue access from 10:00am – Midnight

Experienced event designer to assist with timeline creation, setup details, and day-of coordination

Separate wedding party suites

Parking for all guests

In-house standard ceremony decor

Beautiful indoor & outdoor ceremony options with flexible rain call plan

Overnight storage of décor items before and after your wedding day

Culinary tasting for up to 4 guests
