Action station Example: – Italian: Chefs prepare and serve to your guests; Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto, as well as Chicken Agrodolce (also known as Scapece in central Italy and Veneto in northern Italy).  Examples: Station also includes sun roasted tomato Ricotta bites, fried beef ravioli and Caponata, which is an authentic eggplant spread served with toasted Italian bread.

Dinner Example:

Fresh baked French Brioche with whipped butter

Served salad consisting of: Baby Spinach salad with roasted red onions, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese and citrus dressing.

Miso Grilled Sea Bass with toasted slivered garlic, accompanied with Garlic and Thyme Sea Salt Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and fire roasted Roma tomato with fresh mozzarella and basil chiffonnade.

Dessert Example:

Gourmet mini dessert station which includes real Key lime, Banana Praline and French Silk tartlets, a variety of four homemade Dessert bars, Petit Fours, miniature crème brulee and chocolate covered strawberries.
